Arrive in Windhoek, check into accommodation, and enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant
Day 1 :
Pick up the trucks and associated supplies; drive 4 hours north to Etosha National Park, check into camp
Day 2 :
Self-driving safari around Etosha
Day 3 :
Leisurely morning, 4 hour drive to Spitzkoppe Camp
Day 4 :
1.5 hour drive to Swakopmund, explore town, private 5 hour tour of Sandwich Harbour
Day 5 :
Leisurely morning in Swakopmund, 4 hour drive south to Sossusvlei Camp
Day 6 :
Drive to Sossusvlei Park at sunrise, tour Deadvlei and Sossusvlei in the morning, drive 4 hours back to Windhoek
Day 7 :
Breakfast together at accommodation, say our goodbyes 🙁
